Term 5

The Scented Garden

The Scented Garden

Dear Rubies,

I hope that you are all well and are listening carefully to the people that are looking after you at home so that you are kept safe! I am looking forward to hearing about what you have been doing at home when we get back to school. What have you enjoyed doing at home? Have you learnt something new? Perhaps, like me, you have enjoyed seeing signs of spring such as beautiful blossom on the trees, daffodils and listening to the birds singing. I have also enjoyed running everyday, looking after my dogs and have even learnt how to knit!

I am really pleased that some of you have been logging into Purple Mash and have been completing the activities that I have set - times tables, science and story writing. I have really enjoyed reading your stories and looking at your 'paintings'. Well done! Keep up the practise!

This term our topic is 'The Scented Garden'. Below, there are some ideas of activities that you could do at home linked to our new topic. Please keep any work that you would like to show when we can return to school safely. Remember to read daily and practise your spellings and times tables if you can!

I miss you all very much and look forward to seeing you when we return to school!

Love from,
