Southeast Asian Festival

Spring 2016

Primary Playmaker is being presented as part of Young Players festival - a week-long celebration of the best of young writers and performers from across Oxford. Our Year 6 pupils have been working with staff from the Oxford Playhouse, taking part in workshops culminating in them writing their own plays. In March pupils visited the Playhouse along with pupils from other primary schools to see some of their plays performed by a professional acting company. Well done to Keisha and Purity whose plays were performed.

We visited the Longlands Care home to sing to, and with, the residents. It was a wonderful afternoon and our performance was described as 'mesmerizing'.

In the December we were invited to sing at the 2014 Oxford University Hospitals Staff Recognition Awards which took place at the Oxford Museum of Natural History. We sang with the choir from St Thomas More School.
