This afternoon, Mrs McCarthy and Ellie Kate, in the guise of the Marion Flanagan School of Irish Dance, led an assembly for the whole school to celebrate St Patrick.

Information on the patron Saint of Ireland (and Nigeria) was shared, and then we were all treated to a dance performance.

Groups of dancers from our after-school club on a Friday and from Mrs McCarthy's dance school entertained everyone, and it is safe to say they were amazing.

We are so proud to have such talented dancers in our school.

We were also lucky enough to be blessed with a short performance from the dancing queen herself, accompanied by our own Reception superstar.
